Skilled Home Health Care
Home Health Care is skilled, medical care in the home. These rehabilitative services often include Nursing, Physical Therapy and Social Services. Home Health allows you to return home from the hospital sooner and, in some situations, avoid hospitalization altogether. Our therapy services will help improve strength and balance to prevent falls, while our professional team of nurses can help you recuperate from an operation or illness. All services are provided in the comfort of your home or apartment, offering a welcome alternative to institutional care.
Home Health Services are available to those who are homebound and would require a considerable taxing effort to leave the home. Home Health Services must be authorized by a physician, and are often paid for by Medicare or other health care insurance.

All caregivers are thoroughly trained and will treat each individual with the utmost dignity and respect. Select Custom Services
Select Custom Service was established by MultiCare to meet the needs of clients and families who desire care that is specifically tailored to their unique situations. Services can vary from basic care to coordination of social obligations & home management. MultiCare’s Custom Select Services are our signature private duty service, designed for the discriminating client. These services cater to special care requests. One of the distinguishing features of this program is the higher level of administrative involvement, whether for problem solving or communication with family members. As with all MultiCare services, each caregiver is selected based on a match of their skills and personality, and are closely supervised to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
- Services available for as few as 2 hours to 24 hour live-in care
- Assistance to family members who live out of state for coordination of Select Services
- Regular communication with family members or Trust Officers is ongoing (if desired) to ensure the highest quality of service
- Specially tailored for people who need personalized assistance with a chronic health condition that limits their independence
- Uniquely client and family focused with special attention given to every request and detail
- Level of care may range from Companion Care to Skilled Nursing, depending on the client needs
- As with all MultiCare services, quality of care, confidentiality, trust and dependability are our primary concerns

24 Hour Live-in Care
In some cases, it becomes necessary to have someone assist in the home around the clock. Our clients who are impacted by Dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease often have a live-in caregiver to provide support 24 hours a day, allowing one to reside in the familiarity of their own home.
The live-in caregiver is able to ensure the safety of the client, prepare meals, keep up on the housekeeping, assist with all personal cares and provide 24 hour companionship.

Temporary Staffing Services
RN’s, LPN’s, CNAs, NA’s and PSA’s (personal safety attendants) available to local hospitals and medical facilities needing temporary assistance to due to vacations, high patient census, short term growth or staff shortages due to illness.
Employees are recruited throughout Idaho and are carefully screened, drug tested and their credentials & certificates verified to insure that they are current and meet all requirements. Our Staffing Coordinators can assist your hospital or health care facility to find the right coverage for your needed services. MultiCare has a large pool of employees to service your temporary needs, whether it is just for one shift, one week or ongoing.
