Our Caregivers are superheroes. These gentle souls have amazing hearts and are truly dedicated to what they do.
Each MultiCare provider is thoroughly screened before they’re selected to join the team. The screening process includes drug testing, fingerprinting, criminal background clearance, and testing for tuberculosis. All caregivers are required to have CPR, HIPAA Confidentiality and Infection Control Training upon hire, and they all go through an orientation of policies and procedures, including Standards of Direct Care instruction. MultiCare is a drug free company and continues to administer random drug testing throughout one’s employment.
Caregivers are carefully selected for each individual client based on a match of their skills and personality, and they’re closely supervised to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
