The Select Service caters to the special care requests of it's clientele. One of the distinguishing features of this program is the higher level of administrative involvement, whether for problem solving or communication with family members.

• MultiCare also provides assistance to family members who live out of state for coordination of Select Services.
• Each caregiver is selected based on a match of their skills and personality, and are closely supervised to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
• All personnel are carefully screened including fingerprinting and extensive background checks by outside agencies, in addition to pre-employment & random drug screening. Additional specialty training is provided as required.
• As with all MultiCare services, quality of care, confidentiality, trust and dependability are our primary concerns.
• Regular communication with family members or Trust Officers is ongoing (if desired) to ensure the highest quality of service.
