We are a privately owned home health care agency providing nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy and personal care services to southwest Idaho. Our agency serves the needs of patients of all ages in Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Kuna, Nampa, Caldwell, Star, Emmett, Middleton, Marsing, Homedale, Parma and the surrounding areas of southwest Idaho. Our goal is to provide the highest level of care possible, delivered by the most experienced and caring staff.
Our integrated management system allows us to offer our clients continuity of care through a broader range of health services from a single source. While one may start out needing only personal in-home care services, they may later have a need for skilled home health care or physical therapy. With MultiCare, they would be able to continue working with the same familiar agency for both the personal care and the skilled care.
Meet Our Team
Robin & Mimi Wallis
Robin and Mimi Wallis, owners of MultiCare, have served the staff and community as President and Treasurer of MultiCare since acquiring the company in 1999. Robin, a veteran of the U.S. Army, spent 30 plus years as a General Manager for a Fortune 500 company prior to MultiCare.
Robin and Mimi really identify with those of the “Sandwich Generation.” As they continue to hold key positions in the operations of MultiCare, they also help care for their grandson and an aging parent as well. They’ve been in the position that many visitors to our site find themselves in, and know firsthand what it’s like to bring a new caregiver into the home of a loved one. Robin and Mimi know the importance of kind smile and quality care.

Sharon Anitok was hand-picked for MultiCare Home Health & Personal Care Services, Inc. in 2002 as Operations Manager / Administrator. Prior to MultiCare, Sharon worked in management for 20 years at Fortune 500 companies in Logistics and Planning. Sharon’s planning abilities, integrity and trust were qualities sought in the leadership at MultiCare. Sharon leads the team with demonstrated exemplary work ethic and a heart of compassion.

Chris Zoephel, MDIV
Chris comes to MultiCare with vast experience in nonprofit international, national, regional and local team and business development. Medically, Chris has a strong background in hospice and a deep appreciation for Home Health and Personal Care Service. Chris is passionate about customer service, team work and growing MultiCare as it builds on its already strong foundation.
Outside of MultiCare, he is married to Sara and together they have 2 children. They all enjoy hiking, running, soccer and skiing...Except for Sara…skiing scares her 😊

Lee Zarak started with MultiCare in 2004, and has been in the Home Care industry for 14 years. He currently serves as Customer Relations Manager. He has also played a vital role in client care coordination and marketing. Lee is an avid mountain biker, crossfit enthusiast and enjoys most anything outdoors.
“I enjoy setting up care for those who really want to stay in their home, and just need a little help to make it happen.”
Terry Savino serves as Community Resource and Business Development Manager for MultiCare. She has been with the company since 2011, and has been working in healthcare in Idaho for 9 years in a variety of positions. Terry’s current role allows her to build meaningful relationships in the healthcare community. She loves her job because of the opportunity to grow and develop personally and better assist those in need in the community.

Carolyn Meuser is the HR/Payroll Administrator and has been with MultiCare since 2004. She brought 15 years of management experience in HR/Payroll from her family owned business to the MultiCare family.
Carolyn is passionate about MultiCare’s mission of caring from the heart. Although the HR team is not involved with patient care they are quite serious about taking care of the caregivers. They take to heart the infamous Dr. Seuss quote, “Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It’s not.
“When I’m taking care of our caregivers, I like to think of myself as a small but important part of the caregiving process. I like to think of the HR team as people, helping people, who help people!”
Ben Shatto, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS is an Idaho native. He brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Ben has been a licensed physical therapist since 2004 and first practiced in the out-patient orthopaedic setting. He has also has provided physical therapy care in short term and long term rehabilitation settings, as well as hospital based acute care. He transitioned into home health care in 2009. Ben currently serves as Rehabilitation Director.
Ben's professional education includes an Associate of Arts degree from Lake Tahoe Community College in Natural Science; a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a minor in Gerontology from Boise State University; a Master of Physical Therapy Degree and a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree, both from Idaho State University. Ben is also a board certified Orthopaedic Certified Specialist in Physical Therapy and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Ben is the author of the website, www.thePhysicalTherapyAdvisor.com designed to offer free advice on physical therapy related topics; physical fitness and performance; health and nutrition; and injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Erica joined the team in 2014. She brought great technical skills and a strong leadership background. She has worked in skilled nursing facilities and in the outpatient setting. Her primary area of expertise is in spine care and she is a certified specialist in the care of spinal treatment and diagnosis. Erica brings a strong background of clinical skills but most importantly her caring and compassionate approach to health care and physical therapy in general made her a perfect fit for our team.
Erica loves to spend time with her husband and two daughters. She also enjoys playing soccer, running, hiking, knitting, and crocheting.
Holly Hart, R.N.
Holly Hart, R.N. joined the MultiCare Team in 2014 and enjoys working as a Nurse Case Manager. She began her nursing career in 2009 in Illinois, working on the night shift of a Step-Down unit. Holly then worked as a clinic nurse specializing in neurologic conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis and ALS. After moving to Idaho, she worked on the Telemetry Unit at St. Luke’s Meridian as a staff nurse and also as a patient educator. She then decided to try her hand at teaching and worked for the College of Western Idaho teaching nurse assistants. Wanting to do more, she sought out MultiCare where she has loved working in home health, visiting with patients in their own homes and applying her knowledge gained in a variety of fields. At this time she is also working toward a Master’s degree in Nursing.
“I enjoy the variety that nursing has to offer. I truly love working with patients, helping them understand their conditions and finding ways to improve their quality of life. It is a joy to educate patients and families in how to better care for themselves and one another. I look forward to many years with the Multicare team.”
Lisa Stoehr is a Physical Therapist Assistant bringing 14 years of experience in both Outpatient Physical Therapy and Home Health. Lisa was a student-athlete graduate of Boise State University. As a competing gymnast for 4 years, Lisa received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences. She continued on to Idaho State University where she specialized her studies in the Physical Therapist Assistant program. Lisa has been married for 16 years to her husband Curtis. Together they share a very busy life with two young boys Jacob 6 years and Ryan 3. As a family they love exploring the beautiful Boise area and all that Idaho has to offer in outdoor fun.

William Tauer is a physical therapist assistant at MultiCare Home Health, and has been in the "family" for nearly a year. He recently made a mid-life career change to a position he has always had a desire to do since becoming side tracked during his early college years. William has had a successful business career in manufacturing and brings his passion for working with and helping people to the healthcare industry.
"I enjoy spending time one-on-one with people in their homes, avoiding the distractions of many other healthcare settings. My goal is to help people through therapy to become more independent and remain in their homes and have more productive and enjoyable lives."
Lori, Supervisor, PCS Oversight
Lori, R.N. is the PCS Oversight Nursing Supervisor. She came to work for MultiCare after moving to Boise in 2003. Prior to that she spent years at Primary Children’s Medical Center and worked for insurance companies as a case manager.
Mari Carrell, R.N.
Mari Carrell, R.N. has been employed by MultiCare as a PCS Oversight Nurse since 2008. She has been a registered nurse since 1988, and has worked in a variety of nursing positions, including psychiatry, case management, and school nursing. Mari also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work.

Brandy Noel has been part of the MultiCare team since 2008 and truly enjoys working with the wonderful families and care providers. Brandy Manages Client Care Coordination, and is MultiCare’s Certified Dementia Capable Care Instructor. After living through her own grandmother’s struggle with Alzheimer’s disease, She finds great satisfaction in educating those caregivers who provide direct care to clients with a dementia-related illness. Brandy is passionate about family, has been married for 20 years, and is mom to three children.

Darnell Jimenez has been a Care Coordinator with MultiCare since 2012. Prior to that, she worked in the field as a Caregiver for MultiCare and as a Med Tech in assisted living. After gaining experience as a caregiver, Darnell welcomed the opportunity to join the MultiCare team as a Care Coordinator. She loves that her current role allows her to interact with both clients and caregivers. Darnell believes that her experience has helped her as a mother and wife. She has been married for 10 years, and stays very busy with her 9 year old football playing/wrestling son, and her 5 year old dancing/diva daughter.
“I have been involved in some sort of care providing since I was 19. As soon as I realized how good it felt to make someone’s life a little more comfortable, I couldn’t get away from it!”
Aimey Musgrove serves as a Client Care Coordinator. She has just recently joined the MultiCare team, but has worked in the health care industry for 6 years as a Medical Receptionist, CNA and Phlebotomist. Amy loves fly-fishing, knitting, camping and spending time with family and her new puppy, Harley.

Jennifer Smith joined MultiCare team in 2002. She currently serves as Community Liaison while managing our social media and digital marketing accounts. She also enjoys the opportunity to train and prepare new employees for their role within the company, in our Caregiver Orientation. Having used home care to help care for her own mother, and mother-in-law, Jennifer understands what it’s like to come face to face with this giant.

Nancy Bingham is an HR Assistant with MultiCare, and has been with the company since 2013. She has worked in healthcare as a Medical Receptionist for 10 years, as well as in a corporate setting for 11 years in Records Management.
