About Our Caregivers

Not All Superheroes Wear Capes

Just a few of our amazing caregivers pictured above

“ I think a HERO is any person REALLY INTENT on making this a BETTER PLACE for all PEOPLE.”  Mary Angelou

Our Caregivers are superheroes.
These gentle souls have amazing hearts and are truly dedicated to what they do.

Each MultiCare provider is thoroughly screened before they’re selected to join the team.   The screening process includes drug testing, fingerprinting, criminal background clearance, and testing for tuberculosis.  All caregivers are required to have CPR, HIPAA Confidentiality and Infection Control Training upon hire, and they all go through an orientation of policies and procedures, including Standards of Direct Care instruction.  MultiCare is a drug free company and continues to administer random drug testing throughout one’s employment.

Caregivers are carefully selected for each individual client based on a match of their skills and personality, and they’re closely supervised to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

““I want to thank the coordinators for their great work in matching clients’ needs with my work schedule. I also want to thank Nancy, Dawn, Kathleen and all the other staff for their friendly, patient attitude while they answer the phone, connect me with coordinators and pass on important client care messages after hours. I thank all the nursing staff for their guidance with creating and answering questions about client care plans. Finally, I want to thank the owners of MultiCare for their leadership, and for hiring caring, hard-working coordinators and staff.”
